Select your clients desired goal:
-Loose Fat: 20+ pounds to loose
-Get Lean: Maintenance or less than 20 pounds to loose
-Build Muscle: Gain weight and build muscle
Input all your clients information
Choose your clients activity level based on their questionnaire
-Sedentary: Sitting all day and works out little to none
-Light Activity: Sitting all day and works out 2-3 times a week
or active job and works out little to none
-Active: Relatively active job and works out 2-3 times a week
or sitting all day and works out 5-6 times a week
-Very Active: Active job and kills it in the gym 5-6 times a week.
Choose how fast your client wants to loose the weight.
Subtract the following calories from your clients TDEE to calculate their calorie intake:
-500 cal for 1 pound of fat / week
-750 cal for 1.5 pound of fat / week
-1,000 cal for 2 pound of fat / week
(Not recommended for people who are just starting out.)
For those who wear a fitness tracker have your client wear their watch/tracker for a minimum of 3 days for a 24 hour period to get a good average of how many calories they burn daily.
-Then follow step 5 and replace their TDEE number with the amount of calories your clients burn in a 24/hour period.
