Hey Tribe,

Coach Jaymie here, and I’m so excited for you to be here and welcome to my page. I am Co-Founder and COO of House Macros Nutrition Coaching. I have been a Certified House Macros Coach since February 2019, and to be honest with you, I am still on my health and wellness journey. But lets be real aren’t we always striving to be a better version of ourselves?

My mission is to change lives! I know cliche right? WRONG!!! It’s not a cliche when your truly passionate about making a difference. As a Marine Corps Veteran of 10 years Active Duty Service, a mom of 2 beautiful daughters, and and entrepreneur I have seen first hand how hard it can being to talk care of your self when everyone else is your priority. I know the struggle girl, I too make sure that my 2 kids and 4 dogs don’t die on a daily, (pheww & sign of relief everyone has all of their fingers and toes today!!!)

But I’m here to tell you to STOP putting yourself last. I promise you the mommy guilt will not last forever. You can have your cake and eat it too, you just have to make it fit your macros.

I can teach you how to balance nutrition into your already busy day with ease. The process is simple but requires you to put in the work in the beginning so you can have long lasting, sustainable results by the end. Are you ready?

  • Dream Week: A week of tracking food that you believe is healthy, that makes you happy, and leaves you satisfied. But there’s a catch… No food shaming yourself, No food restricting your self because you others have told you no to eat it, and be happy.

  • Weekly Food Analysis on MyFitnessPal: This will help you see exactly where the changes need to happen.

  • You get weekly one-on-one private coaching with me via video chat

  • HM Resources; How to create meal plans, templates, food exchange lists, ab-lab & booty lab workouts, and so much more.

  • Get your macros readjusted as you loose weight

  • See sustainable results.

28-Day Challenge:

This Facebook challenge was created for the individual who wants to take a more boot camp style approach to counting macros. You can see all the details here and sign up for my next challenge.

Blue Print:
