Banana, Peanut Butter, & Cream Cheese Protein Muffins

1.5 cup dry, Quaker Quick Oatmeal
3/4 Cup Almond milk
1 banana, ripe
2 large, Egg
1/2 cup Water
3 scoop, Protein powder
1 tsp, Vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting
2.50 tablespoon, Cheese cream, low-fat
2 tbsp, Peanut Butter
In a medium to large bowl mix together all of the ingredients.
Separate into 6 equal parts in a muffin or cupcake tin.
In a small bowl mix cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Use 1 tbsp. to portion out and place in the middle of the batter of each muffin.
Back at 350°for 12 minutes or until batter is cooked completely.
