Apple Cinnamon Overnight Protein Oats
0.33 cup, Rolled Oats
0.33 Cup, Almond Milk - Original
4 tbsp(s), Apple Juice3 tbsp(s), Lemon juice, raw
0.25 medium apple, Apples
1 Cup, Greek Yogurt, nonfat
0.25 tbsp(s), Cinnamon
1 Scoop Protein Powder
Combine oats, almond milk, apple juice and lemon juice and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
In the morning add the grated apple, honey (to taste), greek yogurt, protein powder and cinnamon, if desired, and mix well.
Top with your favorite fruits and nuts.
