Ingredients

Muffin Mix:

  • 1.50 cup dry, Quaker Quick Oatmeal

  • 1/4 Cup Almond milk

  • 1/3 Cup, Comstock fruit apple pie

Filling

  • 2 large, Egg

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 2 scoop, Protein powder

  • 1 tsp, Spices, Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp, Vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 2.50 tablespoon, Cheese, cream

  • 2 tbsp(s), Sugars, brown

  • 1 tsp, spices, ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a medium to large bowl mix together all of the ingredients.

  2. Separate into 6 equal parts in a muffin or cupcake tin.

  3. In a small bowl mix cream cheese and brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Use 1 tbsp to portion out and place in the middle of the batter of each muffin.

  4. Back at 350°for 12 minutes or until batter is cooked completely.
