Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup – honey granola

  • 1⁄2 cup – fat free or 2% cottage cheese

  • 2- strawberries

  • 5 – raspberries

  • 1/4 cup – blueberries

Preparation

  1. Rinse fruits and pat dry it with a paper towel. Slice strawberries and kiwi into smaller pieces.

  2. Assembling Instructions:

  3. Place granola on the bottom of a 16 oz. (473 ml) cup, add cottage cheese, fruits, and then top with a bit of cottage cheese. Sprinkle a few grains of granola for a decorative touch.
