Perfect Protein Waffles
1⁄3 Cup, Quaker Quick Oatmeal
2 large, Egg Whites
1 scoop, Protein powder
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Very Ripe Banana (Makes the waffle very moist and helps avoid drying out)
Add Almond milk for desired texture
Optional Toppings: Fruit and yogurt
In a medium to large bowl mix together all of the ingredients. Add almond milk until you get desired thickness.
Poor mixture in a waffle iron, be sure not to over cook.
Top with any desired fruit and or yogurt.
