Ingredients

  • 1⁄3 Cup, Quaker Quick Oatmeal

  • 2 large, Egg Whites

  • 1 scoop, Protein powder

  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 Very Ripe Banana (Makes the waffle very moist and helps avoid drying out)

  • Add Almond milk for desired texture

  • Optional Toppings: Fruit and yogurt

Preparation

  1. In a medium to large bowl mix together all of the ingredients. Add almond milk until you get desired thickness.

  2. Poor mixture in a waffle iron, be sure not to over cook.

  3. Top with any desired fruit and or yogurt.
