Pumpkin Protein Cream Cheese Muffins
1.50 cup dry, Quaker Quick Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Almond milk
1/3 Cup, Pure Pumpkin
2 large, Egg
1/2 cup Water
2 scoop, Protein powder
1 tsp, Spices, pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp, Vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting
2.50 tablespoon, Cheese, cream
2 tbsp, Sugars, brown
In a medium to large bowl mix together all of the ingredients.
Separate into 6 equal parts in a muffin or cupcake tin.
In a small bowl mix cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Use 1 tbsp. to portion out and place in the middle of the batter of each muffin.
Back at 350°for 12 minutes or until batter is cooked completely.
