Ingredients

  • 1 c. quinoa uncooked

  • 2cup water

  • 1 Tbsp. sesamie oil

  • 1 cube chicken broth

  • 1tbls + 1 tsp. sesame oil

  • 3/4 c. yellow onion diced

  • 1 c. carrots julienned or shredded

  • 1 c. snow peas halved

  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger or 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger

  • 2 tsp. garlic minced

  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp

  • 1 egg + 2 egg white whisked together

  • 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Getll of the quinoa is nicely coated with the egg mixture.

  2. Finish the dish off by adding the soy sauce and give a quick stir so everything is well coated. Serve immediately with a bottle of Kikkoman Soy Sauce on the table for your guests to add extra sauce to their liking!
