Ingredients

  • 2 lbs polish smoked sausage

  • 2 Red bell peppers

  • 2 Green bell peppers

  • 2 lbs of broccoli

  • 1/2 cup uncooked brown rice

  • 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa

Instructions

  • Add brown rice & quinoa in rice cooker and cook together.

  • Cut up polish sausage into coin sizes and add your choice of seasoning. In a large pan cook until browned on each side

  • Add veggies until cooked to liking or until coated in seasoning and softened.

  • Portion out 1/2 cup of mixed brown rice / quinoa add 4 oz of sausage and 2 cups of veggies.
