Sausage, veggie, & asparagus stir-fry
2 lbs polish smoked sausage
2 Red bell peppers
2 Green bell peppers
2 lbs of broccoli
1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
Add brown rice & quinoa in rice cooker and cook together.
Cut up polish sausage into coin sizes and add your choice of seasoning. In a large pan cook until browned on each side
Add veggies until cooked to liking or until coated in seasoning and softened.
Portion out 1/2 cup of mixed brown rice / quinoa add 4 oz of sausage and 2 cups of veggies.
