Hey Tribe,

Coach Lindsey here!  First I’m so excited that you are here and Thank You for taking the time to check out my page!  I joined House Macros as a Nutrition Coach in July of 2019 and I’m determined to help as many women as possible to find their happiness and freedom from diets!

I am still on my health and fitness journey just like you!  Even though our journey may be different, we all have a common goal- to be happy, healthy, and satisfied!  I struggled my entire life with my weight. I always went from one extreme to the next. One week I would be binge eating my feelings away and the next I would be 100% on board with whatever new fad diet was out.  I always failed at diets because they were so restrictive and I would shame myself into quitting for eating something that was off plan. I gave up on everything health and fitness related for years. My weight ended up getting out of control and it had a huge effect on my mental state.  I was depressed, had suicidal thoughts, didn’t have the will or want to do anything. Just getting out of bed felt like a huge task. My entire life was just passing me by while I layed on the couch binge watching shows and stuffing my face with food. Then one day I was looking at some pictures other people had taken of me and I realized that I didn’t even recognize myself anymore.  I was 250lbs and I had lost the sparkle in my eyes. I decided I had to take control back. I began my journey alone with no help because I was too ashamed to ask for it. I began making small changes in my life and my nutrition. The first change was that after hours and hours of research I decided not to do any diets. I knew they wouldn’t work for me because I wouldn’t be able to sustain any of them for life.  I decided to just make adjustments to the way I was already eating and to start drinking water instead of sugary drinks. I had lost nearly 50lbs in 6 months, and gained the confidence to actually join a gym. I was proud, excited, and learning to love myself again.  

Then I hit a plateau and I was so lost.  I went back to researching and all the information was almost too much to deal with.  I even remember thinking to myself that maybe this was just the best I could do… maybe this is all the weight I can lose.  I even switched my research from how to get past a plateau to how to maintain weight.  

Then came Coach Jaymie.  I found her doing Meal Prep live on Facebook and I was like maybe this meal prep stuff could work for me but as I continued watching she started talking about macro counting and all the science behind it and how it helps.  I had remembered reading some information about macros during my hours of research and decided to dive back into it. The more I read about macros I realized that I had to do it. With the House Macros calculator I was able to get my customized macros and then I joined Coach Jaymie's 28 Day Macro Camp to learn how to hit my numbers.  I was back to losing weight and had more energy than ever! I was getting more done in my workouts and eating more than I ever thought I would be allowed to. I had found my passion. I was constantly posting tips and tricks and helping so many friends to figure out where to start their journey. I remember telling myself when I first started decide to make my journey public on social media that if my progress and openness helps even just one person then it is worth risking public embarrassment.  Then something amazing happened… I received a message from Jaymie asking me if I would be interested in becoming a Nutrition Coach for House Macros. I didn’t even really have to think about it because as soon as we talked I knew that this was what I was meant to do. This was my purpose and my passion. And now here we are… Changing lives one at a time and helping you to get to your goal of happy and healthy!

  • Weekly Food Analysis on MyFitnessPal: This will help you see exactly where the changes need to happen.

  • You get weekly one-on-one private coaching with me via video chat

  • HM Resources; How to create meal plans, templates, food exchange lists, ab-lab & booty lab workouts, and so much more.

  • Get your macros readjusted as you loose weight

  • See sustainable results.

28-Day Challenge:

This Facebook challenge was created for the individual who wants to take a more boot camp style approach to counting macros. You can see all the details here and sign up for my next challenge.

Blue Print:

This is an 8 week program that offers one-on-one coaching support. Unlike the brick-by-brick this is a more hands off approach to macro nutrition coaching. This program is for individuals that are comfortable with counting macros and just need fine tuning. With this program you will get;
